Is the idea you want to sync your Facebook or Twitter account so you can login with those or would you like to remove or changed your email or both?

We will be allowing syncing Facebook or Twitter within the next month (or so). I should add update email to the Edit Profile screen too, in the meantime if you email me (dan@podyssey.fm), I can do it for you on my end.
